Please read these rules thoroughly before making a purchase. By using our services, you agree to all the terms detailed below. Ignorance of these guidelines does not exempt you from responsibility.
(1a) Video recording is not mandatory. However, the marketplace reserves the right to request a purchase video to verify certain claims (especially for complex products like coupons). While it is an entirely optional procedure, providing a video is a 100% guarantee of receiving a replacement or a refund if the product is invalid.
If you choose to record: The video must start before payment, show the delivery, and capture your immediate first login attempt. You must copy the login data using the right mouse button. Videos using the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut are not accepted to prevent edited footage.
The standard warranty period is strictly 30 minutes from the exact moment you receive the goods. For VKontakte (VK) accounts, the warranty is 10 minutes. The warranty countdown begins instantly upon delivery, regardless of whether you are ready to use the product. If a product description specifies an "Individual Warranty," that specific timeframe overrides the standard warranty period of 30 minutes rule.
You must check your purchased products immediately without any delay. If you discover a problem, an order request must be submitted instantly. Do not wait. You must submit your request even if marketplace support appears to be offline. Delaying your report will result in the loss of your warranty. For all Order-related issues, You Must include the Order Number when Submitting a Request.
Our warranty strictly guarantees that you can log into the account, provided you use the exact supplementary data attached to the product (such as the specified User Agent, Cookies, Fingerprint, Proxy, Token, or API format). If the account functions properly but simply does not integrate with your personal software, browser extension, or automated program, this is not a valid reason for a return or replacement.
If an account can be successfully logged into via a standard computer web browser, it is considered 100% fully functional. If login is limited or impossible on a specific alternate device, emulator, or specialized software, this is not a defect of the account and will not be refunded.
You must use high-quality proxies that match the exact geolocation of the account. The use of a VPN is strictly prohibited and will instantly void your warranty. (Note: For products specifically labeled as having a "MIX IP", any geographical proxy location is permitted).
login:pass:token, and it triggers a 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) request during standard login, you ARE eligible for a refund or replacement. Note: This exception does not apply if the product description includes instructions on how to bypass 2FA by logging into the WEB version using the provided TOKEN.To prevent accidental logins by the sellers, you should change the account credentials (password/email) immediately after you verify the account works. However, please be aware: if you make changes to the product and then apply for a return, your request may be denied because the original state of the account has been altered.
CRITICAL RULE!!!: It is strictly forbidden to change the login data on accounts of "Real Origin" and when the instruction on the product says "Do not Change Password or Details" (e.g., VPN subscriptions, Movie streaming services). If you change data on these account types, the marketplace bears no responsibility and your warranty is permanently void.
You cannot receive a replacement or refund for an account that you have already actively used (e.g., linked, posted, or messaged from). Furthermore, if you do receive a refund or replacement for a faulty account, you are strictly prohibited from continuing to use that original account.
After receiving your goods (including replacement goods), you are entirely responsible for saving and storing the data securely. The marketplace is not a storage database and will not retain copies of your purchased credentials.
Direct monetary refunds are only possible if we cannot replace your invalid product with a similar one. "Rash" or accidental purchases are solely the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded. Payment gateway commissions will be deducted at the client's expense. Funds cannot be withdrawn from your marketplace balance or bonus account. Refunds to external cards/wallets are only possible if the amount meets the payment system's minimum limit.
Payments made in manual mode cannot be returned if the details you provide differ from the required payment instructions. Using third parties, bots, or external services to make payments on your behalf does not excuse you from this rule; all responsibility for such payments lies entirely with you.
By purchasing, you confirm you have the technical knowledge to use the product. The marketplace is a supplier, not an IT training service. We will not compensate you for money spent on external proxies, servers, or software required to run the accounts.
When reporting an issue, you must provide as much detail as possible. It is forbidden to message support without your order number, or to send your order details only after the warranty timer has expired. Creating unnecessary spam or flooding support channels gives the marketplace the right to refuse service entirely without compensation.
It is strictly prohibited to use our products, accounts, or services to harass, defame, defraud, or cause physical, emotional, or financial harm to another person, organization, or entity. Our marketplace provides digital assets strictly for legitimate social media management, automation, and marketing purposes. Any engagement in malicious activities, illegal operations, or targeted abuse using our products is a direct violation of our terms.
By purchasing and utilizing our services, you explicitly agree that you bear 100% legal, moral, and financial responsibility for all actions taken with the purchased assets. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the marketplace, its administrators, and its suppliers from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or legal consequences arising from your usage. Once the product is delivered, the marketplace is completely absolved of any liability regarding how you choose to operate it.
Digital assets are subject to the ever-changing algorithms, terms of service, and security updates of third-party platforms and social networks. The marketplace does not govern these external entities. Therefore, we are entirely completely exempt from liability for account bans, shadowbans, blocks, or restrictions that occur due to sudden network updates, proxy detection, or the specific marketing and automation strategies you employ post-purchase.
When connecting to our platform, utilizing our APIs, automated delivery systems, or accompanying network infrastructure (including proxies and remote protocols), you must not engage in network abuse. Activities that result in IP blacklisting, spamhaus listings, DDoS involvement, or aggressive unauthorized scraping are strictly forbidden. You are financially liable for any damage caused to our infrastructure by malicious setups.
Under no circumstances shall the company be held liable for consequential, incidental, direct, or indirect damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business profits, loss of data, interrupted marketing campaigns, or brand damage arising from the use, inability to use, or temporary suspension of our digital assets and services.
We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or permanently restrict access to your marketplace account and personal balance without prior notice or refund if our automated systems or support staff detect any violation of these protection clauses, fraudulent payment activity, or engagement in illicit operations.
