• distribute malware, or attack, overload or interfere with any system or network;

5. Your Sole Responsibility for Use

The store acts as a reseller and delivery channel of digital goods; we do not direct, control, monitor or endorse your use of them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we bear no civil or criminal liability of any act, omission, loss, damage or legal arising from your use or misuse of purchased products or services. 6. Enforcement: Ban and Forfeiture of Balance

Upon such a ban, any remaining balance, bonus credits, pending deliveries and unused items in your account are forfeited without refund, as liquidated compensation for the abuse of our platform and the risk imposed on our business. This is in addition to any other remedy available to us at law.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We maintain transaction records (order codes, account identifiers, IP addresses, device fingerprints, timestamps and payment references). If a competent law-enforcement agency, regulator or court requests information in connection with suspected illegal use of goods purchased here, we will cooperate fully and disclose the records necessary to identify and hold accountable the buyer responsible for the misuse. You acknowledge and consent to this disclosure as a condition of using the service.

8. Payments, Balance and Refunds

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Deposits into your account balance are final and may be spent only on purchases within the store; balances are not redeemable for cash except where mandatory consumer law requires it. Refunds for defective or undelivered items follow our delivery guarantee: where an item is not delivered or is materially not as described, we will replace it or credit your balance. Except for those cases and the mandatory-law exceptions, all sales are final. Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment attempts result in an immediate ban under Section 6.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for all activities under your account. You must not share, sell or transfer your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise; until then, activity under your account is attributed to you.

10. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any product, category or the service itself at any time, and may update these terms. Material changes will be published on this page; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version in force at the moment of your purchase governs that purchase.

11. Severability and Governing Law

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your residence.
